Obtur is a ready-to-use, radiopaque, eugenol-free material for temporary cavity closure, which hardens quickly in the mouth on contact with saliva. It provides adhesion to the cavity walls and a satisfactory marginal seal, which is important during endodontic procedures. It prevents microleakage by organic fluids and bacteria from the oral environment and the passage of intracanal medication from inside the pulp chamber into the oral environment.

Indications
Obtur is a restorative indicated for the temporary closure of cavities in unfinished or emergency procedures in endodontics or dentistry, preventing contamination.
